About Me!

Hi! My name is Danielle and I am a Person-Centered Licensed Professional Counselor.

My passion is working with teens and young adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, and all types of relationships - whether that be friendships, romantic relationships, or family dynamics.

Adolescence and young adult years may be difficult, but I would love to be a support for you!

I provide a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without fear of being judged. I believe that you are the expert of your own life, and my role is to actively listen, empathize, and help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself. I believe that each person has their own unique journey, and my role is to walk alongside you as you navigate your challenges and discover your strengths.

Together, we'll explore practical strategies to manage anxiety and develop resilience. I'll be there to support you every step of the way as you build confidence and learn to navigate life's challenges. If you're looking for a therapist who understands what you're going through and is committed to helping you thrive, I am here for you!

  • My main approach to therapy is Person-Centered. I allow the client to lead the direction of the session with what they feel is important, and I follow along with them. However, I recognize that every client and their journey is different, so I adjust my therapy approach with what works best for the client. This may include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Trauma-Focused Therapy.
