Once you contact me through email, the website, or by phone, I will be in touch to discuss availability for scheduling your free consultation!

During this time, you will learn a little about myself and my approach to therapy. We will also discuss your goals of therapy, frequency of sessions, and address any questions you may have. If you feel I am a good fit, then we will schedule your first session!

In our first session, we will complete Intake Paperwork together. This will include gaining a deeper understanding of what brings you to therapy and past experiences with the therapeutic process.

Now starts the fun! We will begin working on your goals and dive into your treatment plan. Feel free to share specifics of topics/activities/etc you would like to be included in our sessions!
